Description
This 2-volume set presents new methodologies and applications of the theory of teletraffic analysis and planning. The theories and methodologies covered include general models, simulation, queueing theory and robust design. The applications cover the design and planning of POTS, NB-ISDN, BB-ISDN, LAN, MAN, dedicated networks and flexible manufacturing systems. The papers were originally presented at the 12th International Teletraffic Congress.
