Description

The first sections of this book look at women's health in a general perspective, concentrating primarily on the countries of Europe but using developing world countries to show how similar they may be or what changes have taken place in our Western achievement of a greater lenght of life. The second part concentrates in much more detail on examining differences between women and men at different ages or stages of life. Penny Karen also wrote "The Which? Guide to Birth Control" and "The Second Billion: People and Population in China".
