内容説明
The growing resistance of pests to pesticides has led to a search for better, safer compounds and delivery systems for controlling plant and animal pests. This new volume explores the use of biologically active natural products to control insects, deseases, and weeds. Its 31 chapters are divided into five sections covering bioregulators of insect behavior and development, insects and other animals, phytoalexins and phototoxins in plant pest control, and allelochemicals as plant disease control agents.
