The aim of this book is to act as a aide-memoire guiding practitioners to the procedure for preparing a will. The emphasis throughout is on practical application, so common questions are answered, and the law is clarified where necessary with charts and checklists. Precedent clauses are included, along with several precedent wills. Separate chapters deal with the need and reasons for making a will the relevant law, taking instructions and advising the client. Tax plannin advice in preparing a will is also given, as well as a list of the most common addresses required.
