Description
A performance monitoring system for economic development agencies helps state and local economic development managers improve their program in business marketing, business assistance, export promotion, business financing, community economic development and tourism promotion. This book includes questionnaire forms and report fromat for each area, and contains recommendations for analysis and preservation of outcomes information, regular uses of that information, roles for different organizational levels, and steps for implementing a performance monitoring system. It has been developed in cooperation with the states of Maryland and Minnesota.
