内容説明
The basic online catalogue has been available for several years, but as the technological advances mature, additional features are being incorporated that make the online environment more effective. In articles presented at the 1989 Computers in Libraries Conference, the authors discuss the personalization of library online catalogues, the merging of local and commercial databases, the development of authority systems and the benefits of library consortia, networking, resource sharing and more.
