Description
The seas of the world are a bountiful source of rich protein food for human consumption, yet much of this natural resource is not fully utilized in providing such foods. This text, written at the behest of the trustees of the Buckland Foundation, embodies one of the main lines on which the Torrey Research Station has been engaged for some years - to determine ways of making use of raw fish and shellfish material which nobody considered useful before.
