Description
This study, conducted by the management consulting firm Arthur D. Little, examines the world of information processing and communications in the mid-1990s in medium to large organizations. It provides pointers as to how to make the necessary changes in current information processing systems to reach the goals described, the business advantages that can be obtained by making the required changes and the organization changes which must be made to take full advantage of the new corporate capabilities.
