内容説明

Jean Jacques Rousseau can be an original and challenging thinker on international relations. His thinking on the nature and dynamics of international politics represents a brilliant and disturbing contribution to our understanding of international affairs. Yet Rousseau's contribution has been largely overlooked because of the fragmentary nature of his writings on international politics. "Rousseau on International Relations" attempts to make Rousseau's thinking on international relations easily accessible by collecting selections from Rousseau's important writings in which he develops his international perspective and by providing a detailed interpretation of this perspective.
