内容説明
"Phytochrome Properties and Biological Action" presents a comprehensive picture of recent developments in our understanding of the plant photoreceptor phytochrome and how it regulates plant development. The book consists of chapters written by the leading authorities in the field describing their most up to date work and ideas. Emphasis is on biochemistry and molecular biology but signal transduction mechanisms and data interpretation in terms of the response of the whole plant are also covered. This book of proceedings on embryology, plant molecular biology and bio-energetics is intended for researchers and scientists.
