内容説明
Many questions about development, use and evaluation of management information systems (MIS) cannot be satisfactorily addressed by contemporary approaches. Still they can be attacked by research methods developed in various reference disciplines. This volume offers examples and critical discussions of research questions and how to answer them, so far uncommon in information systems research. The work also raises questions about fundamental assumptions and the importance of reflecting upon for whom a study is undertaken. These proceedings can provide worthwhile guidance for doctoral students and MIS faculty concerned with addressing relevant questions by research methods conducive to quality research.
