Snell has a long-established reputation as the leading text in the field of equity. Its authority is evidenced by its frequent citation in court. Developments in case law since the last edition have necessitated a complete restructuring of the chapters dealing with implied, resulting and constructive trusts. Significant changes have also been made in the chapters dealing with estoppel and injunction.
