Description
Lipoxygenases are enzymes involved in the conversion of arichidonic acid to leukotrienes and lipoxins. These serve a variety of important functions and have been implicated in a wide range of human diseases. This book looks at the structure, pharmacology, and cellular mechanisms of action of lipoxygenases and their metabolic products.
