内容説明
This text shows the modern methods for treating primary venous stasis disease, including varicose and spider web veins, combining sclerotherapy with surgery. It also shows how to manage severe venous stasis disease - from nonoperative treatment of venous stasis ulcers and perforator interrupton techniques to bypass techniques for reconstructing large veins. A number of developing venous reconstructive techniques are considered, such as the use of prosthetic grafts for replacement of large veins, and coverage includes managing venous thrombosis disease, a common disorder that sometimes requires surgical intervention. Special phlebographic techniques and other noninvasive techniques are described for diagnosis, as well as the minor invasive procedures of microincisions and stab avulsion.
