Description and Table of Contents
Description
Covers all areas of paediatric radiology including normal development, normal variants, trauma and congenital abnormalities. There is basic information on radiological findings and the value of different imaging procedures in the investigation of skeletal disorders. Organized to facilitate access, the first section deals with conditions which affect the skeleton as a whole, such as dysplasia, abuse and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Sections two and three are organized anatomically and deal with the axial and appendicular regions of the skeleton. The final section describes a number of techniques that are important in paediatric musculoskeletal radiology.
