Description and Table of Contents
Description
The 21st edition of Bailey and Love has recognized the impact of civil trauma by a new chapter on accident and emergency surgery. There are also comprehensive revisions of the hand and foot chapters which are now highly specialized surgical fields. The place of reconstructive surgery in relevant chapters has been expanded to take account of new microvascular and replantation techniques. Modern methods of investigation, especially radiological advances, are incorporated in the organ-related chapters, each of which has been extensively revised. An ELBS/LPBB edition is available.
