Description
This proceedings discusses the tasks of planning, designing, implementing and evaluating information systems for governmental and municipal bodies. It is intended as a forum for the exchange of ideas and experience among academics and practitioners in the field of public administration. Subjects discussed include: key issues related to modern information systems - cooperative work, decision support, planning and design; various levels of information systems for public administration - governments, regions, cities, agencies; and specific tasks - strategic planning, coordination of activities, enhancing organizational structures, planning of budgets and enforcement of privacy.
