内容説明

This is an account of competition law in the UK and EC for the student or practitioner. It is divided into two parts: the first is a general overview of law in the UK and EC with proposed changes; the second looks in more detail at specific agreements such as intellectual property licensing. It is designed to be a straightforward introduction for both law students and European business students and has case-study type quesitons in chapters. All chapters are footnoted, with further reading and questions. Tables of cases and statutes and an index are given. It is aimed at LLB students taking an option in EEC law in the second or third year of a university, polytechnic or external LLB course and at European business students in polytechnics taking marketing or compeition law options. Solicitors and legal advisors to business should also find it useful.
