Description
This latest ICCAS volume reports on the development of computer technology and its application for the benefit of the Marine and Offshore Industries. The technological evolution which has occurred in this area over the past two decades was stimulated by the achievements in computer technology but also as a response to the long series of world economic crises. The present situation seems to have hardened as the sector strives to compete. This lends even more importance to the vital role of computer applications in the success of Marine and Offshore Engineering.
