This is part of a series of books which aim to offer students on polytechnic, university and HE law courses up-to-date, concise and practical coverage of each subject, and are written by lecturers with coniderable teaching experience. Key features include selective subject coverage, integrated text, cases and materials, concentration on key areas of the syllabus, written at the right level for students new to law. They are aimed at undergraduates on law courses at polytechnics, universities and colleges of HE; CPE students in polytechnics and law colleges. This text gives an early introduction to specific offences and defences and goes on to cover all the main topics in a criminal law course, bringing the subject completely up-to-date.
