Description

The editors have assembled an international, multidisciplinary group of experts to contribute to this book. The authors prove the basic concepts and the state of the art knowledge of rigid fixation techniques as applied to surgery of the craniomaxillofacial skeleton, that is, to all major areas of facial skeletal surgery, post-traumatic, orthognathic, craniofacial and postablative reconstruction. The specific applications are of rigid fixation techniques to both upper and lower facial skeleton, trauma, orthognathic surgery, craniofacial and tumor surgery.
