Description
This report addresses the most significant remaining areas of national policy differences in the run-up to a single European market. The result of a study group comprised of representatives from the UK Parliament, the legal profession, economists and tax specialists, it considers a range of options for the European tax system and aims to examine the impact of corporate tax arrangements, identify areas in which they present an obstacle to economic activities and recommend feasible reforms.
