Description and Table of Contents

Description

A key objective within the Single Market Programme is the harmonization of company law. The European law for companies aims to create freedom of establishment and enables small businesses to operate easily on an international basis. However, the process is complex and its effect increases the burden on regulation of companies. This book offers an examination of existing Company Law Directives and Regulations governing companies in Europe, and will chart the progress of Community company law legislation by means of updates (minimum two per annum).
