内容説明

The Warsaw Convention of 1929 is the legal framework to establish the unification of certain rules relating to international carriage by air. The major goal of this Convention is to provide the principles of the air carrier's liability for damages caused to passengers, baggage or cargo and also for damages caused by delay. This loose-leaf guide is a detailed article-by-article commentary of the Warsaw Convention as amended by the Hague Protocol (1955), with due regard to all its successor instruments. All major international judgments are compiled as well as the international bibliography. The book provides an introduction with relevant background information on the history and origin of the Convention; an overview of all aspects covered by the Convention; each article of the Warsaw Convention and the Guadalajara Convention annotated; and relevant international case law and leading articles in law journals.
