Description
"Family Law" has been completely updated to incorporate five years of legislative change since the last edition. The new edition analyzes the area as from October 1991, when the Children Act 1989 was implemented. It also covers the Family Law Reform Act 1987, which has significantly amended the law relating to legitimacy, tax treatment of orders for financial provision, reforms in relation to the statutory change for legal aid, and Law Commission proposals regarding domestic violence, domicile, and the grounds for divorce.
