Description
This new atlas provides colourful, descriptive illustrations that clearly demonstrate procedures. Each chapter discusses the special issues of a particular specimen site, with pictures of each of the major diagnostic entities, descriptions of criteria, and explanations of how the diagnosis is reached. Coverage includes differential diagnostic aspects of gynecologic, respiratory, ocular, urinary, and cerebrospinal fluid cytology. Also illustrates variences in brain, breast, prostate, and thyroid aspiration cytology. An accompanying slide set is available.
