内容説明
Detailing the way that chemotherapy should be administered to patients with hemato-oncological disorders, this text deals with the essentials of practice and provides an alphabetical list of all drugs used, providing dosages, side effects, mechanisms and complications in tabular format. Many of the convential chemotherapy regimens are listed with their timing schedules, and additional newer protocols of drug use are also included. Essential references relating to the drugs and specific regimens are provided that will, it is hoped, also be useful to the reader. Overall, this handbook aims to provide useful information for all trainees and specialists treating leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma and may be used as a practical handbook in day-to-day work by all medical staff, both senior and junior. In addition, the book should be of use to professional pharmacists and specialist nursing staff dealing with chemotherapy in hematological oncology within both the hospital and out-patient facilities.
