Description
Mosquitoes are important insects not only because of their major role as disease vectors or nuisance insects but also because they are used as experimental animals for insect physiology. "The Biology of Mosquitoes" covers both the functional and physiological aspects of mosquito biology. The book covers all life stages of mosquitoes and ranges from molecular biology and ultrastructure at one end to behaviour at the other.
