内容説明

The rapidly changing industrial climate now demands that equipment be operational at optimum efficiency with a view to eliminating down-time, thus maximizing profitability and safety of operations. Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis have a vital role to play in such a strategy. This book sets the scene in relation to fluid power control systems since they are used in a vast amount of power control systems ranging from mobile to industrial to aerospace applications. Techniques of monitoring are presented with associated sensors and signal processing devices, and consideration is given to correct systems design at the formative stage embracing CAD techniques. Although the structure is of a practical nature, it does contain background theory to illustrate the principles of design and analysis.
