内容説明

The story of how IBM came to be the success it is today. Company secrets - e.g. organizational structure, how it hires, trains and fires, marketing techniques and selling strategies - are all covered in this book to show what others can or cannot learn from IBM. Lou Mobley was one of a 15 person task force that led IBM into the Computer Age - and was one of the first to promote electronic computers. He ran the operation that created all leadership development at IBM and coined the term "data processing". Kate McKeown is a marketing consultant.
