内容説明
This work reorganizes and expands earlier editions (1980, 1986) by updating many aspects of the original work, combining related aspects and problems, enlarging topics areas and refining presentation. The text is a compilation of evolving principles and methodology of vascular surgery developed at UCSF School of Vascular Surgery, founded by Dr Edwin J. Wylie. The volumes provide analyses of the fundamental problems in each topic, coupled with an outline of principles governing the management and solution of the problem. Thus, it hopes to provide a rational basis for problem solving in the area of vascular disease intervention. The fourth of six, this volume deals with disorders of the extremities.
