The theme of this book is that working assumptions constructs, and methods of behaviour analysis can be extended beyond small, controlled groups and settings. Therefore, the articles united in this text examine the discipline of behavioural analysis in relation to societies and cultural practices. The writers discuss various aspects of the thesis in three separate sections: Part I looks at concepts and principals; Part II presents diverse examples; Part III considers both the context of this new subdiscipline within the larger context of behavioural analysis, and its future. This book is aimed at anyone familiar with the basic concepts and principles of behaviour, eg sociologists, psychologists, economists, political scientists, counsellors, therapists, educators and those wroking in public policy, criminal justice and business.
