内容説明
This volume covers the principles of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and the principles of methods development for neuroscience applications. The primary emphasis is on detailed and functional descriptions of methods for a wide range of specific groups of neurochemicals. The final chapter reviews the application of HPLC to the analysis of central nervous system (CNS) active drugs. As well as providing a brief overview of the choice of methodologies, the contributors focus on specific method(s) to provide the maximum amount of practical information based on personal experience, illustrated by material from the analysis of real biological samples.
