内容説明

The Handbook of Arbitration Practice is a practical guide for people who wish to become arbitrators or who are involved in an arbitration or who wish to arbitrate rather than resort to litigation. The growth in the use of arbitration cannot be overstated and this is almost soley to do with its advantages over normal litigation. "Handbook of Arbitration Practice" covers the rules of practice common to all arbitrations. It contains practical guidance on problem solving techniques for both the professional advocate and the inexperienced professional arbitrator. Its practical value is increased by the inclusion of extensive appendices covering the forms to be used in arbitration and the rules of various institutions such as the London International Court of Arbitration and the Grain and Feed Trade Association. There is also full coverage of the Arbitration Acts.
