Description
Each year, one of the text volumes of Archbold is revised and reissued to subscribers as part of the subscription service. This is the reissue of Volume 2, along with a new Tables and Index Volume to both main volumes. The new Volume 2 takes full account of the Criminal Justice Act 1993, which received Royal Assent on July 27, 1993. The Act particularly affected terrorism provisions, drug trafficking offences and insider dealing. Matters affecting Volume 1 will be covered in full in the 1994 supplement service which is free to purchasers of the main work. In this reissue volume, chapters on the mental element, sexual offences, companies offences, public justice and moral offences have been brought fully up to date. Purchasers of Archbold will also receive 4 cumulative supplements and 10 issues of "Archbold News" in 1994, providing a detailed updating and awareness of new cases and legislation throughout the course of the year.
