The European Air Law Association has been established in order to promote the study of the law and the institutions of the European Community in relation to air transport and the development of a common air transport policy. This volume comprises the proceedings of the second annual conference of the European Air Law Association held on 9 November 1990 in Brussels, covering air transport and the competition rules, the Treaty of Rome vs the Chicago Convention and achievements and prospects in EEC air transport policy.
