Description
This volume of the "Industrial Development Review Series" contains information on the economic environment, the performance of the manufacturing sector, the policy framework for industrial development, industry branch profiles, and lists of industrial and economic data for Hungary. Each report in this series provides information on industrial and economic performance of a developing country. The performance of the manufacturing sector is analyzed in terms of value added, output, investment, employment and international trade. Prospects and trends for several key branches of industry are considered, and the industrial policies, investment policies and science and technology policies of each country are examined. There are also appendices containing investment information and economic data.
