内容説明

This book treats the theology of John Wesley, Anglican priest and founder of Methodism. His views of eternity and time are described and analyzed. Though not a systematic theologian, he possessed a systematic theology, inherited from the Bible, Rabbinic sources, Patristic authors, and classical thinkers of the Western Church from the Protestant Reformation to the Enlightenment. His depiction of time forms a PILGRIM'S PROGRESS of man's movement towards eternity a parte post. Special topics treated: The being and existence of God; the Creation; nature of souls; angels; salvation history; and eschatology.

目次
