内容説明
Americans have a relatively low tax burden compared to other economically advanced nations, but this seemingly enviable position is combined with a failing economy and low productivity growth. This book examines the American aversion to taxation and the relationship between tax burden and productivity growth. The authors call for a change in tax structure that will reduce the high level of tax aversion and allow for higher tax revenue, thus increasing productivity growth and the economic well-being of the United States.
