The purpose of this book is to collect the presentations of a conference whose main goal was to discuss pathologies or diseases of the ear, nose, throat and related structures that may affect the child in the environment in which he presently lives. Particular emphasis has been given to the situations that increased the diseases due to the environment in last decades and to some principles of prevention. With a view to this, outstanding specialists from Europe and some overseas countries were invited to contribute on selected topics, which formed the basis of the "Round Tables".
