内容説明
This guide is the result of several years of detailed research at the Ford Motor Company and other large corporations into the theory and practice of employee training. It offers those designing or managing training programmes a working model of instruction based on the author's knowledge of both instructional design and adult learning. The book addresses the interests of the course designer by proposing a model of factors which impinge upon the training process and influence adult learning in this context. Firstly, the book explains adult learning in employee-training programmes, then it indicates whether the model and its components can be applied to other learning situations and finally it recommends design techniques based upon principles advanced by the model.
