内容説明

In attempting to analyze the concept of breadth and balance in the primary curriculum, Campbell has drawn together the views of experts which are applied to an aspect of the primary curriculum related to their work. The result is a collection of essays ranging from critiques of the National Curriculum, and general concerns within curriculum practice and thinking, to reflections on the comparative dimensions of primary education. This synthesis of insights into the primary curriculum aims to provide a basis for reflection and to contribute to the development of primary education enquiry. This text is intended for use by teachers in training and in-service training, teacher trainers and administrators, researchers, policy-makers and administrators.
