内容説明

The basic problems of random pulse streams are described in detail in this book. The main emphasis is on the analysis of random rectangular pulse stream and investigations on various types of coincidences among the random streams. Examples of applications in pulse stream analysis are also given. Special attention is paid to the applications of random pulse streams in the field of communication engineering, particularly in a random access communication and digital information transmission. Recent developments in the fields of conincidence theory, applications of pulse streams and filtering are reviewed. The constructive aspects of the analysis and interpretation of the discussed problems are emphasized. This volume should be of interest to researchers, postgraduate students, technical schools and engineers involved with stochastic processes and their applications.
