内容説明
Laparoscopic hysterectomy is perhaps the most important and centainly the most controversial new surgical procedure in gynaecology in recent years. Minimal scarring, shorter hospital stay and significantly reduced convalescent time are some of the obvious benefits of such a minimally invasive laparoscopic approach to abdominal surgery. With the wider appreciation of the advantages of this approach has come an explosion in the number and scope of operations which can be attempted in this manner. To the gynaecologist, Laparoscopic Asstisted Hysterectomy is perhaps the most interesting of these procedures.
