内容説明
This is for all new and inexperienced lecturers in higher (and further) education who wish to improve their teaching skills. The authors present a series of case studies illustrating commonly experienced and important teaching problems. Each case study is divided into several main parts - its background, issues raised, and questions for the reader's personal reflection suggested. The readers are invited to put themselves into the scene to consider what should be done and what is likely to happen next in the situations described. By reflecting on the case studies and considering the accompanying discussion of important issues raised, readers should pick up tips on how to improve their own teaching practice.
