内容説明
This is an introductory text on economic geography which explores the growth of global economic integration over the long historical term. This new, enlarged edition has been reworked to take account of the momentous world changes that have occurred since the original edition in 1989. Treatment of the contemporary transition in the world economy is clarified and extended, setting the fundamentals of economic geography in a revised framework that more clearly addresses the geographic dimensions of world economic change. The authors also discuss new concepts and theories surrounding these issues.
