内容説明
A comprehensive analysis of EC competition rules. It examines the pertinent case law and regulations under Articles 85 and 86 of the EC Treaty based principally on the EC Commission's enforcement policies, and includes an extensive table of cases. The authors use a civil law commentary style that is made understandable by collaborations between lawyers from civil law and common law backgrounds. Many new developments from the last few years are covered, including new regulations on know-how licensing, franchise agreements and the merger control regulation. This student edition does not include the appendices of the main work.
