内容説明
"The Case for the Prosecution" examines British criminal justice. It describes the findings of the first major research into prosecution decision making since the 1984 Police and Criminal Evidence Act. Under the new system, the Crown Prosecution Service was created. It claimed to be open and fair, and to enhance the suspects' rights. The authors claim that the reality is very different. The entire prosecution process is examined in this text.
