Description and Table of Contents
Description
Offering students full summaries of 35 major research reports, this book covers cognitive, comparative, social and developmental psychology, biopsychology, individual differences and culture and identity. Each summary is followed by a commentary which highlights methodology, the theoretical/conceptual context of the study, ethical issues, subsequent research and theoretical and practical conclusions. Each summary is followed by exercises which require the reader to think critically about methodological, statistical and ethical features of the study. Answers are given at the back of the book. This edition has been revised to bring it into line with the Oxford and Cambridge Schools Examination Board A Level syllabus, for which it is the set text.
