Description and Table of Contents

Description

This volume contains the proceedings of the third annual conference held in Berlin on November 15, 1991. The purpose of this year's conference was to discuss the recent developments in two major areas of concern for the industry. First, the conference examines the impact of EC competition law on the air transport sector in the areas of slots, mergers control and state aids. The second part of the conference focuses on the relationship between the EC and third countries, in particular the United States, and on the problems arising under the GATT.
